Character: White crystal,moisture-sensitive
and deliquescent,dissolves in water and
alcohol;abruptly decomposition happens
if heating up over 200°C and phosphine
separated out.It is a formidable reducer
which cause blast if mixed with
oxidizer.

Additive for deli and industrial boiler
water.

reactivity.
